DetailsThrough the Configuration area (for variant columns) or the Setup tab (for patient columns), the displayed width of the column can be configured. This setting however, is completely ignored in the \"View all contents\" variant view. Actually probably also in the \"Full database search\", but there the search input boxes somewhat mimic this feature. If you fill in some insane width, the \"View unique variants\" and \"Search unique variants\" views show the width just fine.

Additional comments about closing: This is caused by the rendering of HTML by the browser when one of the columns is containing excessive long data. LOVD prints the correct width in the HTML source.
