When entering a valid URL, such as for the reference sequence, an URL based on an IP address is rejected. LOVD requires URLs to use fully qualified domain names. IP addresses, however, should be allowed since some hosts (especially internal hosts) don\'t have fully qualified domain names.

Also allowed https:// style URLs.

Bug does not apply to 2.0 branch, this already matches IP addresses as valid URLs.
