LOVD v.2.0 - Leiden Open Variation Database
Online gene-centered collection and display of DNA variations
For all details about LOVD, see our LOVD flyer! (last updated February 24th, 2010) |

Please note that LOVD provides a system for storage of information on genes and allelic variants. To obtain information about any genes or variants, do not download the LOVD package. This information should be obtained from the respective databases. |
If you're new to LOVD, read the FAQ about the software required to run LOVD. If all of that doesn't sound familiar to you, maybe you should download the LOVD CD instead!
You can download LOVD in ZIP and GZIPped TARball formats. Please NOTE that LOVD v.2.0 can NOT be used to upgrade an existing 1.1.0 install! The full manual as published at the release date, is included.
Please note that by downloading LOVD you accept the GPL license and declare that all LOVD tools you may develop in the future will follow the standards for LSDBs as established by the Human Genome Variation Society (HGVS) and that they will be made available to the LOVD user community. |
